Job Title: Video Editor

Experience Required: 2–3 years (Mandatory agency experience)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for social media, websites & digital ads.
• Apply strong storytelling, pacing, narrative flow & creative transitions.
• Perform color grading, audio mixing & motion graphics.
• Work with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & basic AI tools.
• Create engaging edits for reels, ads, campaigns, corporate videos & brand videos.
• Understand briefs clearly and convert ideas into visually powerful video output.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and platform formats.

Requirements

We want a creative, sharp, and quick-thinking Video Editor with:

• 2–3 years of full-time experience (mandatory: digital marketing agency).
• Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication skills (must be able to take feedback & present ideas clearly).
• Strong creativity, fresh thinking, and passion for editing.
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Understanding of digital trends, reel editing styles & visual storytelling.
• Ability to create:
• Motion graphics
• Text animation
• Template-based edits
• 2D animation (basic)
• Stock footage–based videos
• Must deliver “WOW” quality work — not average, not okay… but impressive.
