Key Responsibilities Videography DutiesPlan, shoot, and record high quality videos for social media, YouTube, ads, corporate events, interviews, and promotional content. Set up lights, cameras, audio equipment, and other production gear. Capture B rolls, product shots, indoor/outdoor shoots as per project requirements. Maintain and manage camera equipment, lenses, batteries, SD cards, and related accessories. Coordinate with the creative and content team for shot planning and storyboards. Ensure proper framing, composition, exposure, and audio clarity during shooting. Video Editing Duties Edit raw footage into polished and engaging final videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Add motion graphics, basic animations, text overlays, sound effects, transitions, and color grading. Sync audio, improve sound quality, and manage background music. Create short-form and long-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, ads, interviews). Maintain consistent brand style across all videos. Deliver final edits on deadline with high quality. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Video Editor and Videographer. Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (basic), or any equivalent editing tools. Excellent understanding of shot composition, pacing, and storytelling. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. Creative thinking and a good sense of visual aesthetics. Preferred Qualifications Experience in shooting interviews, corporate videos, short films, or social media content. Basic knowledge of color grading, LUTs, and cinematic techniques. Drone handling (optional but preferred). Knowledge of photography is a plus. Soft SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills. Ability to take feedback positively and improve. Good time management and multitasking ability. Team oriented attitude with a creative mindset.
