Video Editor and Videographer

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently plan, shoot, and edit

  high-quality YouTube long-form videos

  , shorts, reels, and branded content.
• Work closely with the creative/marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across digital platforms.
• Maintain and manage video production equipment.
• Stay updated on video trends, social media formats, and storytelling styles.
• Perform full post-production: cutting, pacing, transitions, color grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics
• Optimize videos for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Stay updated with YouTube content trends, audience retention techniques, and digital storytelling styles.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in videography and video editing.

• Strong experience in editing YouTube long-form content
• Skilled in editing short-form content for reels, shorts, and ads.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

• Own professional gear camera, lenses, gimbal/tripod is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end production.
