If you have a passion for creating engaging YouTube videos, eye-catching thumbnails, and high-quality visuals, this role is for you. **Responsibilities:** - **Video Editing:** - Edit YouTube videos, shorts, and ads with high-quality transitions, effects, and sound design. - Ensure videos are engaging, well-paced, and aligned with YouTube's algorithm-friendly style. - Optimize color grading, audio balancing, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling. - Meet deadlines while maintaining creative quality. - **Graphic Design:** - Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, banners, and profile pictures that boost click-through rates. - Create custom motion graphics, lower thirds, and animations for videos. - Design branding materials as needed for social media and marketing. **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Experience in editing YouTube content (showreel/portfolio required). - Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and video pacing. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
