About Open House

Editing long-form videos (podcasts, interviews, walkthroughs, YouTube videos, etc.) with storytelling flow and clarity.
Creating short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style clips) optimised for engagement and retention.
Create
brand and company videos
that tell compelling stories — from concept to final cut.
Collaborating with our content and marketing teams to shape the creative direction and mood of each video.
Enhancing videos with sound design, transitions, captions, and motion graphics where needed.
Maintaining a consistent visual style and brand tone across all video formats.
Managing footage, organising edits, and delivering final cuts within deadlines.

What You Bring to the Table

2–5 years of experience
editing brand, marketing, or content videos.
Hands-on expertise with:

Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
After Effects
(for motion graphics & text animation)
Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma
(for supporting visual design work)

Strong understanding of
colour grading, pacing, transitions, and visual tone.
Experience editing for
both digital and cinematic formats
(Reels, YouTube, web videos).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver with creative ownership.

Bonus Points If You

Have directed or conceptualised
brand films or founder videos.
Know your way around
3D elements, motion templates, or LUT-based grading.
Can handle
basic shoot coordination
or guide cinematographers on shot composition.
