Video Editor

• Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into finished projects using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Add visual effects, motion graphics, animations, music, sound effects, voiceovers, transitions, and subtitles as required.
• Create short-form videos, reels, product videos, promotional campaigns, training videos, testimonials, and corporate presentations.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing team to conceptualize video ideas and ensure brand consistency.
• Color correction, sound balancing, and audio syncing to maintain high production quality.
• Manage video assets, version control, and storage of files in organized folders.
• Optimize videos for various platforms — YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and advertisements.
• Implement feedback from creative leads and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Research trending styles, editing techniques, and platform-specific content strategies.
• Maintain project deadlines and ensure videos are delivered on schedule.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Audition.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, VFX, transitions, LUTs, animation, and green screen compositing.
• Experience with audio editing, mixing, and synchronization.
• Understanding of video formats, frame rates, aspect ratios, and codecs for different platforms.
• Creative Skills:
• Strong storytelling and visual sense.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver creative output.
• Eye for detail, timing, and pacing in edits.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Animation, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing (for Executive level).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video editing projects.

• Quality and creativity of final video outputs.
• Timely delivery of edited projects.
• Audience engagement (views, watch time, CTR, retention).
• Consistency with brand guidelines.
• Innovation in editing techniques.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
