About the Role

Video Editor Intern

This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on with content, understands trends, and wants to grow into a full-time Video Editor role with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit

  short-form

  reels, shorts, and social cuts using CapCut or similar tools
• Edit

  long-form content

  such as interviews, podcasts, product videos, and breakdowns
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to plan content output
• Add text animations, transitions, overlays, and sound design when required
• Stay updated with

  trends, transitions, and modern editing styles

• Maintain consistent turnaround time and meet weekly content deadlines

• Assist in basic ideation and content planning when required

• Export and organise deliverables neatly for internal use

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with editing software (CapCut is must; Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci is a bonus)
• Basic understanding of social media formatting, hooks, pacing & storytelling
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bangalore
• Creative mindset + willingness to learn and try new styles
• Good sense of rhythm, timing, music selection, and visual appeal
• Proactive, disciplined, and able to meet timelines
  

Growth Path

✔ 1 month paid internship — ₹5,000/month

✔ If performance meets expectations, role will convert to full-time

✔ Salary will be increased upon conversion
