Video Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and edit videos that explain testing concepts, showcase product capabilities, and tell stories people want to watch.
• Bring campaigns alive through motion graphics, product-led animations, and modern storytelling.
• Own the full production pipeline concept storyboard, shoot/edit final output.
• Create videos across formats: explainers, feature walkthroughs, social clips, YouTube content, event films, customer stories, teasers, reels, animations, etc.
• Design marketing graphics for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Create account-based marketing ads for Google Ads and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Develop pitch decks for clients, internal teams, and company/product presentations.
• Revamp the LambdaTest website with updated visual elements, layouts, and design consistency.
• Design new webpages for events, product launches, feature rollouts, and campaign-specific landing pages.
• Work exclusively with the Marketing team to support campaigns end-to-end.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with LambdaTest's brand style, tone, and quality standards.
• Bring fresh ideas to elevate the brand through innovative formats and storytelling styles.
  

Requirements

• A creative professional with 2-5 years of experience creating impactful video and graphic content.
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and modern motion design practices.
• Passionate about clean design, crisp pacing, great sound choices, and polished animations.
• Comfortable designing both video and static creatives for marketing use cases.
• Curious about SaaS content or eager to dive into the developer ecosystem.
• A doer, fast, inventive, organised, and always experimenting with new formats and tools.
