Experience Required:

About the Role:

Creative Video Content Creator & Editor

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit videos for YouTube, podcasts, reels, shorts, and social media.
Develop scripts, concepts, and visual storylines for B2B content.
Repurpose long-form content (podcasts/webinars) into short-form viral clips.
Optimize YouTube videos—thumbnails, titles, metadata, retention strategy.
Record and edit podcast episodes and micro-content.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on brand video strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in video creation (startups/agencies preferred).
Proven experience producing content for YouTube and social video series.
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut.
Good understanding of B2B content, storytelling, and visual branding.
Knowledge of basic motion graphics and audio editing tools (bonus).
