You will play a crucial role as a Video & Audio Producer/Editor at Key, where you will be tasked with creating top-notch audio and video content that highlights genuine professional connections and community narratives. Your primary focus will be on leading our podcast production endeavors to elevate the voices within our community. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end podcast production, from initial planning to final publishing, in close collaboration with our community leader, content writer, and hosts - Recording and editing high-quality audio content featuring community members, industry experts, and thought leaders - Mixing and mastering audio to ensure a polished broadcast quality - Crafting engaging show notes and episode descriptions - Managing the podcast publishing schedule and distribution - Collaborating with the content team and community leader to shape episode concepts and story arcs In addition, you will be responsible for: - Creating video content that complements podcast episodes - Developing short-form video materials for social media and marketing purposes - Designing and implementing video production workflows - Directing remote video recording sessions with guests - Editing video content to align with Key's brand standards You should possess the following technical skills: - Proficiency in recording and editing multi-track audio sessions - Management of remote recording setups and provision of technical guidance - Ensuring consistent audio quality across various recording environments - Creating motion graphics and visual elements for video content - Maintaining well-organized media archives and project files To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least 3 years of experience in audio production and editing - A robust portfolio showcasing podcast or broadcast work - Expertise with professional audio and video editing software such as Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, Riverside, or similar tools - Experience with remote recording solutions - Understanding of audio storytelling principles - Technical knowledge of audio equipment and recording techniques - Experience in managing production timelines Preferred qualifications include: - Background in narrative or documentary podcast production - Experience in producing business or professional development content - Knowledge of podcast distribution platforms - Understanding of the professional networking landscape - Experience in training hosts and guests on audio/video best practices Your skills should encompass: - Strong storytelling instincts across audio and visual mediums - Ability to maintain narrative flow through audio and video editing - Excellent project management and organizational capabilities - Strong communication skills when collaborating with remote teams and guests - Problem-solving aptitude for technical challenges - Attention to detail and commitment to quality control - Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently - Consistent maintenance of brand voice across various media formats Join Key in reshaping how professionals connect, create, and grow together through authentic relationships and meaningful interactions.,
