Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive academic plans for daily school operations - Set and advance academic strategy aligned with Faculty strategic plans - Assist in staff and faculty recruitment in coordination with the chairman - Apply 360-degree managerial skills to drive institutional growth - Establish and review policies for student evaluation, faculty performance, and school operations - Lead regular meetings with coordinators and faculty to assess academic programs - Develop action plans to address program shortcomings - Introduce modern teaching methodologies aligned with international standards - Review and update institutional policies including admission, student handbook, and facility usage guidelines - Build relationships with domestic and international educational institutions for affiliations - Create and implement marketing strategies for new academic programs - Establish and nurture an active alumni network - Oversee Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) planning and ensure student participation - Guide the development of inter-house and inter-school activities Qualifications Required: - Education: Masters Degree - Experience: Minimum 5 years - Leadership and Management expertise - Strong motivational abilities - Proven team collaboration skills - Excellent English communication (both written and verbal) - Computer proficiency Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview process.
