Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership: Design, implement, and review academic plans, timetables, and learning objectives. Support and oversee curriculum development across grade levels. Monitor student progress and initiate academic interventions when needed. Ensure innovative teaching methods and student-centric learning practices. Teacher Management: Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of teaching staff. Provide mentorship and support to teachers for professional development. Organize regular staff meetings and facilitate open communication. Monitor classroom instruction and maintain high standards of teaching. Parent Relationship & Communication: Act as a liaison between parents and the school management. Address parent concerns empathetically and effectively. Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings and school events. Promote active parent engagement in the school community. Administrative Oversight: Oversee daily school operations in coordination with the Principal. Maintain discipline, safety, and order across the campus. Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and report generation. Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and inventory management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field (M.Ed or B.Ed preferred). Minimum 5 years of teaching experience and 2+ years in a leadership or administrative role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing school systems, staff, and parental relationships. Passion for education, organizational capability, and problem-solving mindset.
