We are seeking a Senior & dynamic professional to lead our Construction project Comprising Data Center , Offices Building, and Other areas for a Large Campus . The right candidate should have a proven track record in successfully delivering complex & diverse civil engineering projects in Residential & Commercial space and possessing a deep understanding of unique challenges thereof. The incumbent will play a critical role in project planning, execution, and team leadership, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in project delivery

Preferred candidate profile

• BE- Civil with 25+ years of Exp in Industry
• Certifications: PMP / PRINCE II preferred;
• Apply extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices to ensure the highest quality of design, construction, and project deliverables.
• Should have exposure of developing both Green field & brown field projects including successful delivery of

  Commercial, Warehousing, Airport, Industrial and Data Center projects

  etc.
• Integrate innovative technologies and methodologies to improve project efficiency & sustainability.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Unwavering commitment to ethical conduct and professional standards.
• Functional Expertise in Architecture and Interior Design, Coordination with Structure and MEP Consultants, Budgeting and Estimation.
