Solution(s): MS-Suite, Cloud, Azure, AI, Digital, Data, SAP, Security etc. _____________________________________________________________________________ Start-Up Phase: Join us in building this IT Consulting startup from the ground up. You will collaborate directly with the founders to ideate, develop, and implement marketing, sales, and technical tools that bring our core value proposition to life. Your technical expertise, skills, and network will be crucial in taking the company from concept to execution. We welcome individuals with backgrounds in computer science, software development, business studies, or related fields. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, communicative, and able to transform uncertainty into actionable progress. You should be capable of working independently, but also thrive in a collaborative environment. Experience in startup environments, stakeholder engagement, and co-creation processes is a plus. An extensive professional network, coupled with a strong business mindset and proven experience in sales, marketing, and service, will be highly valuable. You should have held leadership and management roles in the past, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain a strong team. Youll be responsible for driving the success or failure of the company, overseeing operations, marketing, strategy, financing, company culture, human resources, compliance, and client relations. Growth Stage - Responsibilities: Design and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Develop and promote sales objectives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Create and maintain detailed, accurate sales reports. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals. Estimate sales volume and profits for both existing and new products/services. Establish a sales training program to onboard and develop new employees. Meet with sales managers to assess and improve company performance. Utilize in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices. Manage multiple projects and work efficiently within tight deadlines. Demonstrate exceptional planning and organizational skills. Apply project management methodologies, including Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma. Exhibit time management skills and delegate effectively when needed. Communicate clearly and persuasively with both internal and external stakeholders. Make informed decisions when establishing company policies and strategies. Provide leadership and direction, ensuring effective resource coordination. Manage operational aspects of the business, including budgets and employee performance. Address and resolve organizational challenges through innovative solutions. Oversee the delivery of services and projects to clients, ensuring quality and timely execution. Leverage external resources and industry networks to meet client needs when in-house expertise is unavailable.
