Job Title: Vice President - Sales & Operaons Locaon: Sector-142, Noida, U¢ar Pradesh Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Opera¢ons Head to lead our sales and opera¢ons teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implemen¢ng opera¢onal strategies, and ensuring seamless execu¢on of sales and opera¢onal processes. Key Responsibili¢es: Sales : 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportuni¢es. 3. Build and maintain rela¢onships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. 4. Iden¢fy new business opportuni¢es and develop strategies to pursue them. 5. Analyze sales performance data and make data-driven decisions to op¢mize sales strategies. Opera¢ons : 1. Develop and implement opera¢onal strategies to op¢mize eciency, produc¢vity, and customer sa¢sfac¢on. 2. Oversee the management of day-to-day opera¢ons, including supply chain management, logis¢cs, and inventory management. 3. Lead and manage a team of opera¢ons professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportuni¢es. 4. Iden¢fy areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase eciency and reduce costs. 5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Leadership: 1. Provide leadership and vision to the sales and opera¢ons teams. 2. Foster a culture of collabora¢on, innova¢on, and customer-centricity. 3. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. 4. Communicate eec¢vely with stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and senior management. Requirements : 1. Educa¢on : PGDM/MBA (full ¢me) from a reputed College/University in related eld. 2. Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and opera¢ons (1-2 years as Opera¢ons Head). 3. Skills: o Excellent verbal and wri¢en communica¢on skills. Strong presenta¢on and nego¢a¢on abili¢es. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analy¢cal and problem-solving skills. Strong Sales Skill o o o o o Management Skills. o Leadership Skills o o Communica¢on Skills Analy¢cal Skills Nice to Have: 1.
