Position Overview: Magnum Insurance Broker is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President – Direct Sales to lead our direct sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients, with a focus on non-motor and corporate insurance solutions. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the direct sales team to achieve business targets and expand the client base. Identify, approach, and convert corporate clients, including CFOs, directors, and key managerial personnel. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing relationships. Conduct regular corporate visits to build rapport, understand client requirements, and promote insurance products. Present and explain complex insurance solutions clearly and persuasively to senior decision-makers. Negotiate policies and terms confidently to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of non-motor and corporate insurance products, market trends, and competitors. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze metrics to improve effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop promotional strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in corporate insurance sales, preferably in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of non-motor and corporate insurance products. Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities. Confident personality with a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently, travel daily to client locations, and meet deadlines.
