Position Overview

VP of Sales & Expansion


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and expansion strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a dynamic sales organization focused on high-value B2B and enterprise clients.
  • Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships, and strategic alliances 

    across regions

    .
  • Oversee key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and AV industry partners.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to form growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Establish performance metrics, sales targets, and forecasting models to drive accountability and results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive experience

     in sales, business development, or commercial leadership, preferably within the 

    ICT/AV/ProAV/Technology Integration

     industry.
  • Proven success in scaling operations and entering new markets.
  • Strong network across corporate, education, BFSI, healthcare, PSU, hospitality, and entertainment sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of ICT/AV systems, integration processes, and emerging technologies.
