Job Description

Define, implement, and maintain a robust technical architecture aligned with business objectives Oversee backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps, ensuring seamless integration Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures. Oversee full-stack development projects, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Work closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive technical excellence Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their feasibility for business applications Manage and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Ensure system security, data privacy, and adherence to industry standards Optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and infrastructure automation Assist the CTO in defining and executing the companys long-term tech roadmap Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals. Represent the company in technical discussions with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
