Job Description

Position: Vice President of Sales Minimum 20 years of experience, preferably in advertising or media. Role Overview: This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role, focused on new client acquisition and driving revenue growth . The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in consultative selling and establishing long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term, revenue-generating clients. Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calls, meetings, and product presentations to pitch the company’s offerings. Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Understand each client’s business, challenges, and objectives to craft customized sales proposals and solutions. Deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product value and close deals. Meet prospective clients daily, manage the sales pipeline actively, and consistently bring in new business. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis, maintaining detailed reporting of activity and outcomes. Personal Attributes & Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams. Confident in handling both inbound and outbound sales conversations with a high conversion rate. Highly organized with the ability to manage and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
