As the VP of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological vision, strategy, and execution for our VoIP and CRM solutions.Working closely with executive leadership, product management, DevOps, and offshore engineering teams, you will drive engineering excellence and innovation in cloud telephony. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance VoIP and CRM solutions that are easy to deploy, configure, upgrade, and maintain. Architectural Vision: Define and implement a modern software architecture that aligns with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Organizational Transformation: Scale engineering processes in a rapidly growing environment while driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. Talent Development: attract, mentor, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Performance Management: Build and guide a high-performing engineering leadership team through mentorship, resource allocation, and strategic execution. Key Experience Areas VoIP Technologies: Expertise in VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC) and cloud-based telephony infrastructure. CRM Solutions: Experience in developing, integrating, and optimizing CRM platforms to enhance business communication. Software Product Development: Strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, to enhance development efficiency. System Architecture Design: Solid experience in designing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based architectures. Technical Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the product lifecycle. Engineering Management: Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams to drive successful product development. Technologies: Strong familiarity with VoIP stacks, CRM platforms, React, C++, Python, SIP Protocols, database technologies, and cloud platforms like AWS. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in senior technology or engineering leadership roles within the software industry, with a strong track record of driving strategic change in complex global environments. Team Building: Proven ability to develop and sustain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Commercial Acumen: Strong business and technical understanding to drive product and service innovation.
