Vice President Global Sales Marketing

As a Pharma API Sales & Marketing professional, your role will involve overseeing sales and marketing activities across international geographies including USA, Europe, UK, and ROW markets. You will be responsible for planning and implementing budgets, preparing marketing plans, and developing pricing policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a Sales & Marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive business growth and explore new markets. - Creating brand content such as promotional material, medical and marketing presentations, and responding to queries from both medical and marketing stakeholders. - Developing and executing strategies, making presentations, and preparing periodic reports to monitor progress. - Ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing pricing policies in alignment with marketing plans. To qualify for this role, you should have: - An MBA in marketing with 15-20 years of experience in API Sales & Marketing across the specified geographies. - A strong network and working relationship with procurement professionals and decision-makers in large pharma formulation companies. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and business networking skills. - Knowledge of international regulations relevant to API sales. - Experience in sales reporting and analytics. - Willingness to travel extensively internationally for meetings and business development opportunities.
