Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Drive Equity & Derivatives Business: - Utilize research products to develop and execute equity and derivative strategies for Retail / PCG / Franchise clients. - Ensure seamless product dissemination across the Retail / PCG / Franchise to enhance client engagement. Client & Deal Management: - Directly engage with Retail clients to structure and close large equity and derivative transactions. - Work closely with Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors to identify investment opportunities. Team Leadership & Development: - Recruit, train, and manage a team of Product Managers to support the Retail / PCG / Franchise team. - Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure the team meets business objectives. Target Achievement & Business Growth: - Take ownership of annual volume targets for equity and derivatives transactions. - Drive revenue growth through structured equity and derivative offerings. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with the Research, Trading, and Risk Management teams to align products with market trends and risk appetite. - Ensure smooth coordination between various internal departments to enhance business efficiency Role Requirements - Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in equities, derivatives, or financial markets, preferably within wealth management or institutional sales. Expertise: Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives strategies, and structured products. Networking & Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain high- value relationships with Retail clients, brokers, and key market participants. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in building and managing teams in a high-performance environment. Result-Driven: Ability to meet and exceed volume-based targets linked to equity and derivative transactions. Communication & Persuasion: Strong presentation and negotiation skills to influence high-net-worth clients. Market Awareness: A deep understanding of market trends, regulatory frameworks, and investment strategies in equities and derivatives
