Job Description

Role Overview:

Vice President Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee delivery of multiple projects across the Lending domain, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and smooth transitions to production.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, performance, and governance.
Mentor and guide project managers and teams to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalations to maintain delivery health.

Required Skills & Experience:

17+ years
of overall IT experience, with significant experience in delivery management and customer engagement.
Strong technical background in
Java, web technologies, and databases
.
Proven experience in
Lending or related BFSI domain
projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and large-scale implementations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Exposure to
Project Management methodologies
;
PMP certification
is an added advantage.
