Role Overview: As a part of the team at the Leading MNC, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations. You will play a key role in leading and contributing to performance improvement and optimisation initiatives across the organisation. Additionally, you will manage resources, budgets, policies, and processes while ensuring compliance and escalating issues where required. Your focus will be on using data and management information to uncover capacity opportunities and drive operational improvements. For individual contributor roles, you will serve as a subject matter expert, lead complex multi-year initiatives, mentor team members, and influence long-term strategic decisions.
