Vice President - Audit Manager I

As an Audit Manager at Citi, your role involves performing moderately complex audits and assessments to ensure that the firm meets audit standards and regulations. You will work closely with the Audit team and business leaders to address emerging issues and determine solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and deliver audit reports in a timely manner following Internal Audit and Regulatory standards - Review and approve the Business Monitoring Quarterly summary and lead reviews - Collaborate with different teams to assess the impact on the control environment and audit approach - Manage audit activities for a specific component at the regional or country level - Utilize your expertise to lead a team, provide advice on change initiatives, and promote integrated auditing concepts and technology adoption - Recommend interventions, propose solutions for risk and control issues, and work with senior management to address broader corporate concerns - Apply deep understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies, and regulations to a specific product or function area Qualifications: - 6-10 years of relevant experience - Related certifications such as CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA, or similar are preferred - Strong comprehension of the business side of the audit function and expertise in technology application - Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills - Proficient in project management, influencing, and relationship management - Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse environment with impartiality Education: - Bachelor's/University degree required, Master's degree preferred Company Additional Details: Citi is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities during the job search and application process.
