About the Role As a VP / Director in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) at Altre, you will lead client engagements at the highest level, own key relationships with enterprise accounts, and steer large-scale real estate transactions across Mumbai. You will provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams, drive business growth, and ensure flawless delivery in line with client objectives. Roles and Responsibilities Lead high-value client engagements and enterprise account strategy Structure, negotiate, and close complex real estate transactions Drive cross-team collaboration to deliver seamless real estate solutions Represent Altre at industry forums and develop senior-level client relationships Guide market intelligence reports and investment memos for large occupiers Ensure alignment between client requirements and Altre’s service capabilities Coach and mentor team members across projects and deal cycles Drive revenue targets and market expansion in the Mumbai region Required Experience & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with exposure to enterprise leasing Strong business development and negotiation skills Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and closing complex deals Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments Proficient in MS Office and real estate tools Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai Why Join Us Join Altre and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and agility.
