Your responsibilities will also involve handling audits for secretarial activities, maintaining relevant statutory records, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, NHB Compliances, and handling corporate actions and liaising with RTA, NSDL, and CDSL related to dematerialization of shares/redemption of NCDs/CPs. You will be drafting resolutions and policies, monitoring applicable compliances under various regulators, vetting agreements, and ensuring compliance with event-based transactions.
