Job Description

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen. Responsibilities  Prepare and manage portage bills, ensuring accurate calculation of crew payroll. Coordinate with vessel Masters to process additions, deductions, and any extra payments related to crew wages. Liaise with manning agents for crew-related financial matters and payroll updates. Handle banking procedures related to crew payments, including timely fund transfers. Distribute individual salary slips to crew members, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Show more Show less
