Designation : Senior Oracle ERP/HCM BI Publisher Developer Qualifications : BE/MCA Experience : 7+ Years Location : Hyderabad Shift timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Position Summary We are seeking a Reporting Manager to lead the development and maintenance of corporate reporting solutions using Oracle HCM and Oracle SaaS Cloud tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio). This role will manage a team of report developers, ensuring timely delivery of accurate financial and HCM reports to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, CFO, Accounting, and Business Operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex reports leveraging Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and related tools. Lead and mentor a team of report developers, driving improvements and ensuring adherence to deadlines. Deliver monthly HCM reporting packages and support budget and forecast cycles. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business partners to define requirements, establish data governance, and optimize reporting hierarchies. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. Manage quality assurance for system updates, improvements, and acceptance testing. Ensure compliance with SOX and ITIL standards for reporting controls. Present insights and trends through clear oral and written communication to support strategic decision-making. Develop strategies for reporting systems to align with organizational objectives. Required Qualifications: 3+ years recent experience developing sophisticated SQL reports. 1+ year management experience leading a team. 1+ year experience developing reports using Oracle BI Publisher. 5+ years in progressively responsible reporting roles. Strong ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions. Proven leadership skills to develop and guide team members toward strategic goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years recent experience developing advanced SQL reports. 1+ year management experience. Timeshare industry experience. Public company financial reporting experience. Experience with Hyperion Planning. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, HCM, and Talent Management modules. Experience handling SaaS-based reporting solutions.
