As a Vertical Head of Pharmaceutical Distribution for our client in the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Distribution sector, you will play a crucial role in leading the centralized pharmaceutical distribution strategy and operations across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the central pharmaceutical distribution strategy and operations - Driving efficiencies across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and retail pharmacy - Ensuring seamless supply across multiple hospital branches - Overseeing inventory control, demand planning, and compliance - Building scalable systems, MIS monitoring, and profit optimization strategies - Leading, mentoring, and building a high-performing supply chain workforce To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 15-18 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution/hospital supply chain - Strong expertise in procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and retail pharmacy - Proven experience in leading teams and multi-location operations - Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen About the Client: Our client is a multi-specialty hospital group with 12 hospitals, 2,250+ beds, and operations spread across major South Indian cities.
