Responsibilities To conduct employment, education, and reference checks Ensuring searches are processed as per client requirements/guidelines. Ensuring consistent quality and delivery. Process, analyze, and document the information Meeting the SLAs and TAT. Maintaining integrity, discipline, and confidentiality as per company policies. Ability to work in a team. Ready to do Overtime whenever required Qualifications Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification 1+ years of experience in voice process (Background verification industry preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic Computer Knowledge required Ok to work in rotational shift
