Role Overview: The Dispatch Incharge will be responsible for managing the complete dispatch operations of Hero 2-wheeler spare parts from the warehouse. This role includes coordination with drivers, loaders, transporters, and ensuring timely deliveries as per customer requirements. The candidate must have strong knowledge of warehouse operations, vehicle allocation, and end-to-end dispatch planning. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day dispatch activities from the warehouse Coordinate and allocate own vehicles as per dispatch schedules Handle drivers and loader manpower planning and supervision Ensure proper packaging, loading, documentation, and route planning Communicate with transporters and resolve dispatch-related issues Monitor repair & maintenance of company vehicles used for dispatch Track delivery timelines and ensure on-time completion Maintain dispatch records, challans, and stock movement registers Ensure safety, security & compliance during dispatch operations Support warehouse inventory checks and material handling activities Report daily dispatch status to management Skills & Requirements Minimum 1 years of experience in Dispatch & Warehouse Operations Strong team handling skills (Drivers, Loaders & Support Staff) Knowledge of warehouse dispatch preferred Good understanding of transport coordination and vehicle scheduling Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Dispatch documents) Problem-solving ability and ready to work under timelines Education Any Graduate / Intermediate with relevant experience
