Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Vendor Identification and Onboarding: Research and identify potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and facilitate onboarding procedures. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors at all levels, acting as a point of contact and resolving issues. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor vendor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize vendor capabilities. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance with company policies. Strategic Analysis and Planning: Analyze market trends, identify emerging technologies, and develop strategies for vendor development. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vendor information, performance data, and contract details.
