Job Description

Position :Vendor Management Executive Products and Systems includes Smart Security Surveillance, Advanced VMS & Storage, Automated Access Control, Innovative Visitor & Time Management, AI Tools & IVA, PSIM, PIDS, Gates and HVM, Control Rooms, Structured cabling, and Networking etc. Industry: MNC and Corporate, Commercial & Govt, Industries, Hospitality, Education, CNI Responsibilities : Interacting with vendors concerning any concerns Build and maintain good relationships with already approved old and new vendors. Researching new vendors based on price and quality and selecting them based on the vendor management plan Communicating with the vendors and performing the quality check, dealing with the price and improvements Establishing standards and analyzing based on them Regularly analyzing the sales trends to understand the market value of different products Interacting with new vendors to explain the expectations and responsibilities Address and resolve any vendor-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner. Contribute in other HR Operations areas which may be related to Onboarding, Background checks, Handling complex queries related to employee benefits, etc Skills and attributes for success Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Should have experience in Microsoft suite including MS- Excel, ZOHO & PowerPoint for leadership presentation
