Roles : Business Acumen (Market understanding / knowledge) Technical Capability Computer and MS Office Skills Financial Acumen People Management Customer Management and Relationship Management Performance Management and Change Management Ability to manage Logistics and Record Keeping Responsibilities: Study Client BOQ, prepare BOM costing using EVA software. Prepare quotations with design specifications, wind load calculations, elevations drawings. Coordination for Finance costing and optimization Send Quotations on time in coordination with Sales head / BD team Preparing Design specifications in concurrence with technical team Monitor window call sheets tracking. Complete data back-up on project supply & installation progress, pending tasks, bills, etc., Ensure RA bills are raised and submitted to clients site office. Responsible for release of Sales / service orders for Hyderabad, Bangalore & Chennai projects.
