Job Description Job Title: Vehicle thermal management and EV CFD Simulation Reporting: Functional reporting to Section Manager Administrative reporting to DPM Background Educational Qualification Essential: B.E. / B.Tech Desirable: M.E. / M.Tech Job Role & Responsibilities Role: Vehicle thermal management and EV CFD Simulation Responsibilities: Preparing 1D/3D CFD model for battery and e-axle Flow/Thermal management, Cooling systems and sub systems. Applying basic loading and boundary conditions for the analysis. Should be able to perform post processing, result analysis, discussion with designers and detailed report preparation. Interacting with the design teams and testing teams for executing the CFD analysis of EV components like battery and e-axle, & suggesting countermeasures. Competency Requirements Technical / Functional: Hands on experience on using - Star CCM +, Particle works, GT-Suite Basic knowhow of CFD method and process. Basic knowledge of EV Vehicle system, cooling, HVAC systems and sub systems. Problem solving and data interpretation skills are required.
