The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of auto financing, and a genuine desire to help customers through their purchase journey. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist walk-in customers interested in vehicle finance options. Explain available loan and finance schemes clearly and professionally. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams for smooth processing of loans. Collect and verify required documents from customers. Follow up with financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements. Keep customers informed about their loan status and resolve their queries. Maintain proper records of finance applications and customer communications. Ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for each customer. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle financing is preferred. Prior experience in customer handling or finance assistance will be an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and documentation. Willingness to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
