Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Elevators Controller manufacturer located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the manufacturing and assembly of elevator control systems, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety standards. The daily tasks include managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing regular maintenance checks. The role also entails collaborating with the engineering team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems, alongside handling the modernization and repairs of elevator control systems. Qualifications Experience in Elevator Manufacturing, Assembly, and Quality Control Knowledge of Drive and Control Systems, AC & DC Drives, and Automation Systems Technical skills in Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and Modernization of Elevator Control Systems Strong project management and coordination skills Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Experience within the elevator industry or related sectors is a plus
