Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced VDI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot VDI environments, including Citrix and VMware platforms.
Develop and maintain documentation for VDI architecture and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of VDI solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on VDI applications and tools.
Monitor and optimize VDI performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of VDI technologies, including Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Azure.
Experience with VDI management tools, such as Citrix Hypervisor and VMware vRealize Automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
