Job Description: We are looking for a Service Desk Executive to provide first-level technical support to end-users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting basic IT issues, logging tickets, and ensuring timely resolution. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming IT support calls, emails, and tickets Log and track issues in the ticketing system Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues Escalate complex problems to Level 2/3 support Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions Requirements: 1 year of experience in Service Desk or IT Support Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking concepts Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in shifts (if required) ITSM tool knowledge is mandatory i.e. remedy,service now, jira Education: Any graduate in IT/Computer Science or equivalent Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
