We are looking for a welcoming front desk representative to handle all receptionists and clerical duties at our reception / front desk. You are the "face" to all our patrons, and responsible for our first impression. The ideal candidate has a friendly, crafted demeanour while also being sharp and disciplined, carries entire ownership of the front desk operations and has attention to detail. It is important that you can handle complaints and provide reliable information. It is also critical to take a customer-centric approach. The goal is to make our patients and visitors feel welcome and appreciated while they are in the clinic.ResponsibilitiesAnswering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departmentsScheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and eventsGreeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly mannerHandling enquiries and sorting mailCopying, scanning and filing documentsKeeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacementsReporting to management and assisting with administrative tasksCo-ordination with courier Vendor maintain inward/outward dispatchMaintenance of incoming bills/invoices, important documents, files and records in an organized manner.Organizing internal and external meetings, events and teleconferences, including booking venues, arranging accommodation and taking minutes as required.Any other work/ responsibility assigned by Doctor(s) / Clinic Operations Manager/ Clinic HeadMinimum Qualifications1. Fluency in English is must2. 3+ years of front desk experience in the hospitality /healthcare industry preferred3. Working knowledge of computer software, such as word, excel and presentation tools4.
