Develop, enhance, and maintain MS Access applications, including forms and reports, utilizing advanced VBA programming techniques. - Design and implement user interfaces and data entry forms. - Develop and maintain VBA modules for data manipulation and automation. - Perform data migration from Access backend to SQL Server, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. - Develop and implement data migration scripts and processes. - Ensure data integrity and consistency during migration. - Optimize database performance by writing efficient SQL queries. - Utilize SQL Server views and implement stored procedures where necessary. - Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues. - Inherit and modernize legacy applications, improving functionality and performance. - Contribute to the development of new applications from scratch. - Refactor and optimize existing code.
