Varicent Solution Architect

Job Description

In the role of Compensation Solution Architect you will help us design, implement, and continuously improve our Sales Compensation system using Varicent v10. You ll be part of a global, innovative team that builds scalable, efficient, and automated solutions. Further You will: Lead the implementation of the Varicent compensation tool Automate and optimize Sales Compensation processes Integrate Varicent with the Sales Planning system Develop end-to-end solutions in Varicent v10 from design to implementation Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of business requirements Maintain high coding standards, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency Follow Agile methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently Support system operations and ensure timely delivery of solutions Collaborate on future projects to introduce new tools and systems. Who are you You are a team-player who collaborates well across teams. A fast learner and are comfortable working with little direction. You take initiative and bring up ideas.
