As a Varicent consultant at HCL Tech, your role involves conceptualizing, designing, and delivering product or sustenance delivery through the team as per the defined scope. You will adopt industry-leading practices to contribute significantly to the advancement and success of the project. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project sustenance delivery with your team. - Support as a Subject Matter Expert in your designated technology area. - Ensure knowledge upgradation and work with new technologies to ensure the solution is current and meets quality standards and client requirements. - Build a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions, and offering mentorship. - Gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology. - Support competency development by envisioning and articulating propositions, building collaterals, whitepaper creation, market trend analysis, etc. - Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices on specific technology/products. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in architecting, designing, and developing solutions in Varicent or related technologies. - Strong knowledge and experience in the software development lifecycle. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends quickly.
