Valuation Engineer

Job Description

Conduct field visits for property identification, measurements, and assessment of location attributes & property rates. Prepare and generate valuation reports with accuracy and integrity. Ensure adherence to quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer relationship management standards. Contribute to teamwork, cooperation, and operational efficiency. Maintain and update MIS records, databases, and assigned documentation. Monitor and report market trends, new developments, risk areas, and fraudulent transactions.
