Validation Lead - Services

As a Validation Lead at Livspace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of both modular and service scope of work. Your responsibilities will include: - Validating drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and site conditions to ensure alignment with project requirements. - Understanding drawings across various disciplines such as modular and non-modular Kitchen, Wardrobe & Storage (KWS), furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, etc., and verifying quantities in the BOQ. - Identifying design discrepancies and potential execution risks to mitigate issues during the project lifecycle. - Highlighting any missing line items in the BOQ to ensure comprehensive project planning. - Finalizing the BOQ after addressing design discrepancies and conducting thorough validations at the site. - Providing accurate and error-free validation reports within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA). Qualifications Required: - Diploma or B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture. - Minimum 3 years of experience in contracting, with at least 1 year in execution and 2 years in Quantity Surveying (QS) for residential or commercial projects. - Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and anticipate potential execution risks. - Proactive and efficient in prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines. - Demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability for project deliverables. - Strong learning aptitude and a commitment to continuous improvement. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
