Designation: Validation lead, Services org Role As a Validation lead, you will be responsible for finalizing the BOQ post-validation of drawings, BOQ and site. Responsibilities Understand drawings of all disciplines (Carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing etc) and verify quantities of each line item in the BOQ Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks Validate drawings, BOQ & site Add missing line items in the BOQ Do rate analysis for non-standard items . Finalize BOQ after clarifying design discrepancies and a thorough validation at the site Prepare BoM to facilitate the release of POs to Labour contracts . Must have 3+ years of contracting experience (1 yr execution + 2 yr QS) in residential/commercial projects aaaaaa Ability to assess design feasibility, visualise on-site conditions and foresee execution risks a Proactive and capable of prioritizing work aaaaa Extremely high level of ownership. High learning aptitude . Diploma/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture Typical profiles Quantity Surveyor with Commercial Contractors OR Studios OR Real estate developers OR EPC Source
