Validation & Verification Engineer Job Description Consults with management, assesses customer requirements, and studies product characteristics to select validation objectives and standards. Roles & Responsibility Developing and implementing verification plans for system or product functionality Analysing and understanding product requirements and specifications Creating and executing test cases based on requirements and design documentation Identifying, tracking, and resolving or reporting bugs and issues Working closely with development teams to enhance product quality Participating in reviews of requirements, specifications, and technical design documents Documenting test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards Conducting post-release and post-implementation testing Communicating with stakeholders about testing status and results Provide validation support and guidance to major capital projects and corporate initiatives. Plan, organize, and track assigned tasks to ensure that the schedule commitments are kept. Comfortable with calibration and risk assessments. Specific Skills A leader and problem solver.
