The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with the community through various online platforms, creating content to drive engagement, moderating discussions, and building relationships with community members. Daily tasks include responding to community inquiries, identifying and addressing community issues, organizing virtual events, and analyzing community feedback to suggest improvements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align community strategies with company goals and objectives. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with community management and engagement Social media management and content creation skills Ability to analyze community feedback and metrics Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in using community management tools and platforms Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
