Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapist at our facility in Kota. The Speech Therapist will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include designing and implementing therapy plans tailored to individual needs, providing guidance to patients and families, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires maintaining accurate records and staying updated with advancements in speech therapy techniques and tools. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in managing Speech-related challenges Experience in working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders Knowledge of Dysphagia assessment and management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Relevant certification and licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist Commitment to patient-centered care and personalized treatment plans
